However, the average sale price saw a year-over-year decline, likely due to the mix of homes sold rather than a drop in home values.  The number of properties sold increased by 50% compared with the previous month, but fell by approximately 18.2% year-over-year. Days on market rose by two days from the previous month and were 30 days higher than in February 2024.  New listings increased for the second consecutive month, rising to 35 from 26 in the prior month, although they remained 18.6% lower than one year ago. Home sales dropped to their lowest level in three years. The average days on market decreased by five days from December but remained 23 days higher than in January 2024. New listings doubled after four months of consecutive declines, while housing inventory fell for the third straight month but remained slightly above last year’s levels. Final draw on my FHA 203k in Charlotte NCI really enjoy seeing these projects go to completion. Isn't that what it is all about? This is true wherever they are. The owners finally get to move into the house they have been working on for much too long.
