Great advice! Getting a home inspection, even if you're not planning to move, can uncover potential issues early and save you from costly repairs down the line. It's a small investment in the long-term health and maintenance of your home. Thanks for highlighting the importance of proactive maintenance! Have a super fantastic week!Joe Jackson, Realtor-KWCP On a recent home inspection with my buyer client, the inspector found (among other things) the following: 1. Leaky kitchen sink pipe 2. Leak from the washing machine 3. Water entering the crawl space 4. Possible  mold in the crawl space (tests are out now) This got me to thinking, if the owner didn't decide to move, would they have discovered any of this, and when?
