That is an industry that has definitely taken a big hit from all of this since nobody has been wanting to or even allowed to travel.  Vacation rentals are big business in Arizona.

WIth MA, CT and NY still the hotspots in the country, many fear them spreadingh it. I am not sure about banning them, but they should stay put on their own. We here in NH have our beaches closed still as they are afraid of a flood of visiitors.

Isn't that ban typical... pandemic or not? 

Our rentals never closed. I listed & rented a couple for my investors during SIP. San Diego was lucky though, we never got hit hard with infected/death numbers. We're a sunny, health conscious, outdoor-activity community. Wuhan-V never stood a chance in America's Finest City.

The travel industry has been a major victim, financially, of this pandemic.

Personally, I have no interest in boarding an airline or cruise ship at this time. Not sure when I will be comfortable in doing so.

Florida is opening its doors. We will see how many people will visit compared to past years.

It seems to be open season on the application of arbitrary decisions that trash Constitutional Rights. Perhaps a better idea would be to have all visitors pass a clean bill of health exam (have a noter from a Dr or some such thing) before visiting rather than discriminating geographically.  Whacky times on planet Earth.

Vacation rentals are open here in southern Utah and welcome out-of-staters. They just will not receive the same treatment due to some restrictions.

Yes I heard about that on a biz morning show awhile back. I wondered if the other hard hit states were under the same quarantine? I know we had a lot of visitors in town during the whole shut down thing. Many own homes here and they were more than happy to be 'locked down in AZ rather than the other crazy states that are still not open. Unbelievable.

Interesting.  Pretty sure that's unconsistutional. Other states need to repeal their orders.

But, Northwest florida certainly is not an attractive destination for most New Yorker, those in CT and NJ.
