The core of my business is residential real estate - homes, condos and residential land. However, with my engineering background I'm good at number crunching and I do some commercial and business opportunity transactions each year whether they be purchase transactions or commercial leases.
With buyers my specialty is talking with the clients and really getting a good idea of what their short term and long term goals are and getting them into the optimum property whether it be a high end waterfront property or a mobile in a park. Most want the best possible return in the least amount of time - kind of a given in the biz but there are other things - help with repairs, staging, relocation needs. And for some, timing is more important the every penny while for others every penny counts and time is not so important. For challenging properties I have the financing package set up and ready for a buyer. I work with stagers to help us make sure the listings look as good as they possibly can and thus get a maximum return.
