My family and I have been 'SOLD" on the southern Utah area for many years. We raised our boys here and think it is the best place to live, work and play! There's no other place that quite compares to the small town feel, outdoor recreational opportunities and the friendliness of it's residents.
To better serve you, it's imperative to be informed about the local real estate market and the what is taking place in the community. As part of a sincere commitment to my clients and the real estate industry, I attend industry-driven seminars and programs. I have been in the home building industry and practicing real estate for more than 20 years and have been in the St. George, Utah area has been my home for decades. This longevity and confidence comes from my real estate services to a great many loyal and repeat buyers and sellers, and their recommendations to others that result in a referral business that keeps me productive and successful.

From a 450 square foot resort condominium to a 7,500 square foot sprawling estate, southern Utah area offers a life-style of your choosing. Fourteen golf courses add to the desirability of this high desert community! The southern Utah year ‘round mild weather is also conducive to participating in outdoor activities throughout the year.
St. George, Utah is 90 minutes from Las Vegas, Nevada and 3.5 hours from Salt Lake City. Several nearby national parks are a huge draw for tourists coming into the area. Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, Bryce Canyon are just a few attractions. Internationally acclaimed outdoor Tuacahn Ampitheatre, nestled in the red rock canyon, offers world-class productions including musicals, comedy shows and concerts.
As a full service real estate professional, I work with buyers, sellers in real estate transactions spanning all price ranges and property types.
In my personal time, I enjoy many outdoor activities associated with this beautiful area to live in. As often as I'm able, I'll be out hiking, exploring, golfing on the many scenic courses, or gardening in my back yard.
