Prince William County Cat Lovers, I need you to look into your hearts and help me find a home for two special boys:  Thomas and Tucker.  Here's their story, and why they need a new home. Thomas and Tucker were adopted by my cousin Marianne as kittens.  They have always lived with dogs in the house, and have been doing well with Marianne's 18 month old son.  However, with another baby on the way, and a husband that travels extensively for business, Marianne feels overwhelmed.  As much as she hates to do it, she needs to find Thomas and Tucker a new home. Thomas and Tucker are now six years old and in good health.  The decision to sell your home short, is anything but a simple one.  If you don't know what I am talking about...allow me to recap.  Selling your home short, basically means you are selling your home for less than you owe on it... in essence your lender will have to allow you to sell it....afterall, they are losing money.
