Mint Hill NC Real Estate Market Report—2009 How did the Mint Hill NC real estate market fare in 2009 and how did it compare with 2008?  The 2009 Mint Hill NC real estate market reflected the market in Charlotte and surrounding areas.  Single family average sales prices were down about sixteen percent from 2008, an indication that first time home buyers dominated the marketplace.  Average prices for Mint Hill condominiums and townhomes rose 27% in 2009 although only four units sold.  Time on the market increased for Mint Hill sellers with days on market up 15% for single family homes and up 83% for condominiums and townhomes.
