As you know - Spring is a great time to sell your Temecula home. This is due to the demand of buyers, which always seem more pressing after the slow holiday season. Even when the market is moving fast, we see some instances where homes sell in a week or two, and some that take months if they ever sell. What is the difference between these types of homes selling? Market Report: Homes for Sale Paseo Del Sol, Temecula, CAThe market report for Paseo Del Sol homes for sale in the 2015 market shows that there is healthy turnover at current pricing, with a third again more sold in the last 60 days than actively for sale.  The Pending number is a little low, but it makes sense that more sold quickly in the summer season before school started in early August.
