Brad Sundin, Realtor - View My Listings HEREBrad was born and raised in Illinois, but he has been a long-time resident of Arizona since 1988. He is a licensed e-PRO REALTOR®, GRI, ABR, Certified Fine Home Specialist and also a licensed pilot. He is a Bradley University graduate, with a BS in electrical engineering. His past work experience was in the semi-conductor field as an electrical engineer. This engineering experience is a great asset to our team because Brad pays great attention to detail & is very good at working the numbers of any transaction.  Striving to be among the best in the industry, Brad is currently seeking his CRS, CIPS, SRES, CLHMS & Associate Broker Designations which less than 5% of all REALTORS® have nationwide.  Stacy Sundin, Realtor - View My Listings HEREStacy was born in Florida and grew up in Indiana & California.  She has been a resident of Arizona since 1998. She is a licensed REALTOR®, Certified Fine Home Specialist & an Internet Marketing Specialist (in fact, she designed this 150+ page website on her own & Chris Wray coded it for her).  Stacy is also a graduate of California State Fullerton, with a BA in Communications. Her background is in advertising & marketing, so she works hard at knowing the local market & what it takes to effectively market a home. Stacy is also an ASPTM (Accredited Staging Professional) and enjoys assisting Sellers stage their homes into model perfect condition!
