Tim Theiss brings his business skills to the world of real estate investing. Over 30 years as a top executive in multi-million dollar companies including Ticketmaster and Cox Communications. 15 years of business acquisition analysis experience.

Began Real Estate in The Woodlands, Texas specializing in high end custom homes. Moved to Phoenix in August of 2000 and due to customer demand Tim changed over to multi-family investment evaluation and acquisition. Tim's pre-due diligence is highly sought after by out of state investors.  He consistently closes over 100 transactions each year.

Each property presented by Tim is analyzed financially and physically, and only those buildings that pass his strict criteria are passed on to his growing list of investor professionals.

Due to Tim's extensive local knowledge - main stream investors are not asked to consider buildings in marginal areas. Tim's clients end up with a building that performs on two levels: positive annual cash flow and higher-than-average annual appreciation.

In January 2007, Tim was named CEO of Keller Williams High Desert Realty - Paradise Valley where his business knowledge is leading the company to higher profits.  In this leadership role, Tim brings the skills of investment analysis, negotiation of terms & conditions, marketing message consistency, contract compliance and systematic client care and passes on these lessons to his agent partners.

In 2008 Tim teamed up with Les Boynton and Ray Jewell to create Arizona's first Hybrid property management company.  Their Apartment Optimization business model has proven time and again at reviving an nonperforming multi-family residential complex.  Their motto "Everyone Deserves a Second Chance" is more than mere words as nearly everyone who participates in the program is given the motivation and support they need to get their lives back on track.

2010, Tim closed the Property Management company but remains as Board Member of the non-porfit known as Step by Step Transitional Living Association.  Tim's transaction Brokerage, RealVest Solutions, is expanding again by specializing in Short Sales for Single Family and Multi-family homes.  Helping Sellers liquidate properties overburdened with debt while guiding Buyers toward some of the lowest real estate prices in 10 years.
