I think more than often, agents and homeowners think they need to do more than they have to to prep a home for sale.I'm not here to say these are the only 3 tips but many people like to overcomplicate things.That really isn't needed. Living North Phoenix, the online Community I created about 5 years ago just launched Senior Smiles; an initiative to bring smiles to the Senior Community here in North Phoenix. We just had our first event at Park Terrace and it was extremely memorable.
