After 4 years in the Mortgage Industry and 5 years as a private investor, Sean Pennington joined Viking International, a growing real estate group of professional commercial brokers Licensed California. His immediate area of interest is Orange County, CA as a Multi-Family Investment Specialist. He brings an extensive background of sales and marketing experience along with years of investment deal analysis. Sean believes his key to success is his ability to put himself in the investors shoes, thinking like a investor himself coupled with his keen attention to detail, discipline, and perseverance instilled in him while serving our country in the United State Navy.

Sean graduated from Clark College with a degree in Business Administration and Business Administration/Marketing. He also was educated through Robert Kiyosaki's, Rich Dad Education in Real Estate Investing and the School of "Hard Knocks" being an investor himself.
