I had lunch with a couple of young women recently, millennials.  Before I go on, there are a lot of great attributes that Millennials possess.  Forbes had an article recently about the idealism of Millennials....they have a "save the world" mentality.   First, I want to say that I am the Mother of two Millennials.  One graduated college with no debt and became a homeowner at the age of 23.  She gets it.  She rents out 2 rooms, which pays her mortgage and allows her to have some financial freedom.   The other doesn't want to own a house, doesn't want to be tied down to one area.   Who are the Millennials?  I'm looking at this chart and I'm thinking that it is Millennials nationwide.  Here in California, the Millennials are bogged down with Student Loan debt and postponing home ownership.... 07/07/2017

Best Escrow Company in Southern California      Having worked in California for a few years now, I've encountered a lot of different escrow companies and agents.  On purchase transactions, the seller often chooses escrow, so I see many different faces on different transactions.  I'm here to tell you, most escrow companies and agents aren't worth their salt, and certainly aren't worth their fees (either that, or I'm on a run of bad luck that's going on 2 years).  I've encountered the overpriced escrow company who has fees bordering on insanity.  I've encounted the escrow agent that has no attention to detail.  I've run into the one that cannot think even a centimeter outside the box in getting things done.  I've had a lot of poor experiences with escrow & title services.      Fortunately... 03/17/2017
