Roger has been in the cleaning business since 1998.  We provide exceptional truck mounted carpet cleaning at very reasonable flat rates ($25 per room, up to 15' x 15').  We do not employ any type of sales games with our services.  We can normally do acccurate phone estimates for carpet cleaning if the information provided is accurate.  We also provide 24 hour emergency water removal and dryout of flood damaged buildings, saving most building materials, rather than having to replace them.  We provide free written estimates for this service.  We possess a California State Contractor's License #901060 if removal of building materials is required.  We are members in good standing of the Better Business Bureau, and are Certified by the National Restoration Board:  IICRC, # 93638. We also provide sewage cleanup and mold removal as well as cleaning up and de-flooding of crawlspaces (underhouse).  We also provide moisture inspections using infrared camera imaging to help detect hidden moisture.  We do free and very speedy estimates (at discounted rates) of REO properties.  We are owner operated and guarantee service satisfaction on all jobs.
