My family has always told me that I would talk to a brick wall and for that reason I rarely meet a stranger. This aspect of my personality is what has made my career and business so successful. After taking care of my family, meeting new people is the biggest joy in my life. The passion I have for real estate stems from assisting families in finding the home that is right for them. To me, buying a home is more than just purchasing property, it is investing in a lifestyle.
My services don't end at the closing table. Maintaining the relationships built through the process of buying a new home is most important. I have found that conducting my business this way leads to much happier clients. Past clients or as I like to call them, "friends", call me months or even years after their new home has closed.
Although I enjoy my work with buyers, I also enjoy working closely with families who are embarking on their next adventure, whether that be "empty-nesters" downsizing or families outgrowing their homes. Listing homes gives me a unique chance to work closely with families who have a strong connection with the homes where they have created many memories. I pride myself in assisting homeowners in the transition process. Whether it be my "southern hospitality" or empathetic nature, my assistance in buying or selling a home are sure to leave you with a lasting impression.
