Southampton Neighborhoods in Charlotte's Ballantyne AreaReal Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight    SOUTHAMPTON HOME SALES OVERVIEW  Southampton's home price increases "normalized" in 2022, but while average days on market increased, home still sold quickly in an average of just 10 days. The list to sell price ratio was just under 100%. In Quarter 4-2022, the average days on market dropped by one day to nine days and the list to sale price ratio also dropped by 0.59%.
