Get to Know Gregory (Greg) M. Harms
As the son of a one time mortgage banking executive, Greg Harms grew up in a family where buying, improving, managing and selling residential properties was a way of life . . . a way of life he pursued and which served him well through his adolescent and college years.
After graduating from college with degrees in Economics and Finance, Greg then pursued a career in "corporate America" and ultimately served as a Director of Finance and Administration at Kellogg / Brown & Root, then VP of Operations / Planning at a Houston division of Asea Brown Boveri (ABB).
In 1999 Greg founded PDQ! International, Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in management and business planning, development and quality. He and his team of "virtual consultants" successfully worked under the PDQ! International, Inc. "flag" in a variety of industries in the United States and numerous global locations over the next several years.
In 2003 Greg envisioned returning to his real estate beginnings by combining everything he had learned professionally through the years into a specialized real estate service offering . . . an offering that would be "consulting based" versus "sales based". After doing additional concept development work and research, Greg was pleased to discover Keller Williams Realty North Houston was well aligned with his thoughts in this area and chose them to be his real estate "broker of record".
The rest as they say, is history! Greg now regularly provides real estate consulting and agency services to the Houston area as a consultant and Texas real estate licensee under the "slogo" Realty Results PDQ!smand the response has been outstanding. "People really do see the difference between being ‘sold to' versus being provided with top-notch information, analysis and counsel that enables them to ‘discover' what is right for them".
