Ah, who am I?  I am a recovering Engineer who has successfully turned himself into a fully functioning Entrepreneur. 

I am a Real Estate Investor with over 1,200 deals under my belt and have conducted approximately $200M in real estate transactions, but who's counting, right?  

Due to my success, I am also a Real Estate & Business Coach to thousands of students finding financial freedom through real estate investing. I teach all sorts of non-traditional strategies, such as short sales, auctions-options, REOs, subject-to, wraps, and contract assignments.

Who else am I?  I am an author, public speaker., and president of multiple Real Estate Investing Groups in Texas.

Most importantly, who I am is a Loyal Husband and Loving Father and my friends tell me that I am Fun and Dependable (at least to my face).
