I've lived in San Diego county for most of my life, the last 36 years in the North Coast area.  I've lived in Del Mar, Solana Beach, Cardiff By-The-Sea, Olde Encinitas, Leucadia (where my family currently resides) and Carlsbad.  I know where to get the best fish tacos, beaches, walking trails, shopping, dog parks, surf, tot lots, Happy Hours & sunset views.  I know the API scores of every school in the district, not only did my husband and I attend local schools, so have our children (colleges too).  I'm also very active in the local City Councils & development issues, I know what is going on in the neighborhood where you want to live!

San Diego is not called "America's Finest City" without good reason, and the North Coastal beach towns are the shining jewels in the crown!
