I have been a licensed Realtor since 1999 and received my Broker's license in 2004. I am fully committed to your success and make knowledge of the market and future trends and everday part of my services to my clients. I preview homes and subscribe to multiple groups nationally and locally so I am kept abreast of what will affect the market. Anyone can become a Realtor, yet in this market I've found clients are choosing to work with someone who will help guide them and not just disseminate information. My goal is to exceed any expectations and not only achive a client but a friend after the sale. I've always been articulate and am hand's on. My detailed and aggressive marketing still gets exceptional results when selling and my knowledge of the local neighborhoods and patience when buying benefits my buyers. About me just a bit... I have two awesome children, now ages 25 and 17. My favorite activities are gardening and doing stained glass when I'm not reading, working out or doing fun stuff with my family and friends! Volunteering my time is also important, I believe when you've been blessed it is important to give back to others and the community you live in.
