I started my real estate career in January 1998 after 13+ years in community banking. After 5 years as a top producer in my market center in Kingwood, Texas I had the opportunity to become the Team Leader of our office of just over 100 associates. For the next 3 years I helped build the office to over 180 associates and the top Keller Williams market center in Houston Texas. I then had the opportunity to move into the General Manager position for our three Keller Williams offices in north Houston that had common ownership and broker. The three offices combined had over 600 associates and closed nearly $1billion in sales in 2008. In August, 2012 I moved back as the Team Leader of my home market center in Kingwood, Keller Williams Realty Northeast, purchased majority ownership, and became the Broker.
Since I moved into a leadership position I have been helping both new and experienced agents become better REALTORS by sharing stories and offering advice on negotiation, contracts, and ethics. I hope that you will find some useful information here.
