As I stated in my short description, I have 14 years in Mortgage Lending experience. I have worked some of my career in the "back" office.
I started my career in "the wonderful world of mortgages" in the closing department and moved onto the processing department where I stayed for quite awhile, moving up into Manager and Trainer of new Processors. I then moved into the Underwriting side of the Industry for about 5 years, which taught me even more about structuring loans and what is required to get a loan through to closing as fast as possible.
This gives me an advantage when talking with clients. I have been on the "inside" and understand the process and how to restructure loans and I am committed to doing my best for all parties in the transaction.
To my clients it means I can understand them better and help them find the "way to closing".
With McCue Mortgage my "Territory" is not only Waterbury, but also Watertown, Prospect, Wolcott and Naugatuck. That does not mean if you are to purchase or refinance a home elsewhere, I cannot help, of course I can!
