KRIT-X, LLC, was established in 2005 by Lorenzo and Kathy Gioielli. With a total of 15 years of experience in pest control and customer service, Lorenzo and Kathy set forth with the single goal of providing the absolute best in customer service. At KRIT-X, LLC, every customer is treated with top-priority care regardless of whether they are calling for the first time to get new service or they require that emergency, in-between service, which is always performed at no additional charge. Customer care and safety come along with great customer service. KRIT-X, LLC, is a pest-control company licensed and registered with the state of Connecticut and the Department of Environmental Protection. We are also members of the Connecticut Better Business Bureau, the Connecticut Pest Control Association and the National Pest Management Association. KRIT-X, LLC, is now serving all of Litchfield, Hartford, Middlesex and New Haven counties, as well as northern Fairfield County. We are quickly expanding and soon will be covering all of Connecticut.
