I specialize by geography alone. I am a local real estate expert in Yolo County assisting buyers and sellers in all price ranges and neighborhoods whether they are first time buyers or 1031 investors. When buyers and sellers seek assistance in other locales, such as the Bay Area, the foothills or Tahoe, I am eager to refer them to area specialists who can provide them with local expertise.
