I am a thoughtful and caring real estate professional who is sensitive to my clients' needs. I want to make the buying and selling of a home a pleasant experience by providing personal service and attention and by working honestly with all parties involved in the transaction. I am a dedicated, full-time professional with knowledge of current market trends and values, marketing experience, and negotiating skills. My goal is to serve my clients ethically and efficiently. Accountability and quality service in a professional, straight-forward and friendly manner is the cornerstone of my business philosophy. Good communication and listening is key to making the buying and selling of real estate both a rewarding and satisfying experience.
I have a B.S. degree in Journalism/Advertsing from the University of Colorado and use that training to create effective marketing. My background managing a corporate meeting and special events company has taught me the importance of detail and client relations.
My professional leadership includes serving as President of my local Women's Council of REALTORS chapter and as District Vise President for the state of California. Additonally, I served four years on my local Association Board, two as Secretary.
I have a long list of satisfied clients, fellow agents and service providers. I am always ready to expand that list with each new transaction.
I represent every buyer and seller who has a real estate need in Marin and Maricopa Counties. I counsel first time buyers through the process, I assist corporate employees at all levels relocate to the area and work within the confines of the appropriate relocation company guidelines. I work for trust attorneys and family law attorneys, market high end listings and help buyers looking for that perfect first time or luxury home.
My clients include research physicians, marketing professionals, corporate event planners, off shore interests, out-of-area trustees, banks, doctors, attorneys, artists, financial advisors, other real estate professionals and many colleagues' clients from around the country.
I am a member of CRS, Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, Women's Council of Realtors, Military Real Estate Specialists, and Sotheby's International Realty network of professionals.

| Judy helped us find a new home (she was very patient we took a long time to find one) and then get a good price on it through strange negotiations. We then sold our old house and she was able to get a sale price way above our expectations. Needless to say we are very happy with her work! |

| I am writing this review as to the professional and attentive qualities of Ms. Judy LeMarr. I contacted Judy to list my residence in San Anselmo. Judy then met me at my residence and made several suggestions as to what should be addressed prior to listing and marketing strategy. It was at this initial meeting with Judy I decided to list with her due to her experience and wealth of knowledge. The issues were addressed and the residence listed. During the photo shoot of the property, Judy suggested a photo of the property (1.25 acres) and the residence be taken from an adjacent hillside. This photo was taken and depicted a fantastic panoramic view. Due to her experience and professional demeanor in marketing the property, numerous offers were received. Judy presented me with the first offer and took several backup offers. Due to unforeseen circumstances the first offer did not come to fruition. Judy immediately notified me and presented me with the first backup offer, which was accepted and the property sold. It should be noted that based on Judy's due diligence, the sale was completed from listing to being sold, even with the issues described previously, in six weeks! It was a great experience working with Judy and I would highly recommend her bar none for all of your real estate needs. |

| Judy LeMarr has been our real estate agent since 2008 when she listed and sold our family home in Stinson Beach. She also found a wonderful home for my father in Larkspur and, after his passing this year, listed and brought us the right buyer for that home. I really can't say enough about how much Judy has helped us. Selling the family home, relocating, and selling again in closing my father's estate was an emotionaly charged experiance. Judy helped in so many ways from handeling every detail in the listing, selling, and closing process, to brining moving boxes and cleaning supplies. Whenever something unexpected came up, Judy was always steady and grounded in her expertise and led us through to a seamless successcful transaction. I trust Judy implicitly.
