As a second generation Realtor, Josh Devane has had his heart in real estate for as long as he can remember. Growing up in Hollywood, he watched and helped his mom sell real estate to celebrity clientele in the Hollywood Hills. When the sport of Polo brought Josh and is family to the desert in 1991he remained connected with real estate by learning, following and investing indifferent desert communities.  It wasn’t long before Josh realized that he had to stop ignoring his true calling and do for a living what makes him most happy.

Josh lives in South La Quinta, where the majestic Santa Rosa Mountains grabbed a hold of him the first time he saw them in 1991.  Seeing how much La Quinta has grown over the past 20+ years has given him a unique perspective on how he evaluates real estate and predicts trends.  This insight allows him to bring a high level of knowledge and confidence to his clients and their transaction.
