Just SOLD! And my seller didn't text, email, or own a computer. I had a call from my perfect client.  She said I need to sell my home here at La Quinta Country Club and I want to price it to sell.  She was realistic with the price and she had serviced the A/C and heaters, checked the roof and replaced the broken tiles, and made sure that everything else was in good working order.
