I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology. During college I focused on starting a custom golf club making company. At the height of this company I had developed and sold over 30 distributorships nationwide. In 1990 I began a 17 year career in Compaq Computer as the distribution and logistics manager. I moved to various positions in distribution and warehouse logistics operations. Upon the Compaq acquisition by HP I moved into a Worldwide sales and marketing role where I manage sales training for the sales, call center and channel organizations in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and America. I've also held my real estate and mortgage loan officer license for several years and have enjoyed learning and growing in both industries. Today, I am taking an active role and an ownership position in bringing Connect Realty to the forefront of the residential real estate industry. We have the best business model in the industry and I am laser focused on building the infrastructure and employee talent needed to create the best real estate company in the world.Check us out at: www.connectrealty.com

My main focus right now is growing our nationwide virtual real estate company, ConnectRealty.com . While I am also an agent, I think anyone whose been in the industry for at least 10 years knows the franchise model is an antiquated model slowly and sadly becoming obsolete. Our industry as a whole must change to become more effective and profitable to do what we love to do: help our customers! That said, myself and several 'grizzled' industry veterans have spent the last two years studying the industry in an attempt to build a nationwide completely virtual (non-franchise) real estate company. Fast forward to today: We are conducting business in 15 states and over 1,000 (yes 1,000) agents are on our team. Our superb internet based transation/marketing/training, etc tools and industry best residual income and commission structure is working extremely well. Our focus now is to continue to grow into 25 states by year end.
