Hello everyone. My wife, Barb, and I work together as Team Burford. You can visit us on our website (www.burfordrealestate.com) to learn more about us. Briefly though, Barb earned her CSP while working with me when I was building new homes. Myself, I earned my GRI after getting my Real Estate license in December of 2007. Together, Barb and I have over 15 years experience as Builders and Real Estate Professionals. We understand Real Estate from the inside out! We take ownership in everything we do when it comes to satisfying our clients real estate needs. Real Estate will always remain one of the best and largest investment a person can make. Different from stocks or bonds, most folks investing in real estate are making the largest, single investment of their lives. This can be scary to a lot of folks and we work to make any sale or purchase a happy experience.
While designing and building new homes, Barb and I learned a great deal about form and function. Barb is great at design appeal and decorating while John builds an energy efficient, green built home that will stand the test of time. We work with every aspect of Residential Real Estate clientele, but have worked mostly with clients that are retiring or empty nester's looking to down size.
