IBS Team (Internet Business Solutions Team) - was founded by me in 2003 as a small private web site for software, web development, and graphic design projects while I was finishing my internship and being a student. It was (and still is) a hobby site of mine, while I'm full time employed with PhoenixHomes.com in Phoenix, AZ as Marketing Director. Real Estate Directory was created as source database for small software project that I was working on. Till the time I finished the software, its demand on the market significantly declined and due to search engines algorithms changes it wasn't as useful as in 2003. Surprisingly, real estate directory started to develop, basically, on its own. In 2005 directory hit 100,000 unique visitors a month and kept growing bigger and bigger - in 2006 it went over 200K unique visitors.  Since my work is directly related to Real Estate Online Marketing and lead generation I wanted to invest some time and create a really useful source to drive traffic to small business real estate web sites. I've done some modifications and expanded directory. I still don't have time to implement all my ideas (2 years ago I go married and realized that from "little time" I went to almost "no time" :)), but I'm really trying. Currently, directory averages 16K visitors a day and recently (on 08/18/06 to be specific), my host turned my site off and basically told me to look for new one... it appeared that directory with all the visitors it gets was creating a huge load on their server. So I packed up and moved. There is a lot of work to do, but I'm really excited to have this site on its own dedicated server now. Terry Light (founder of RealEstateABC.com and HomeSurfer.com - thanks Terry!) sponsored site for new forum software, so we have really great toy to play with and hopefully others will enjoy it too :) I guess, so far that's all bout us :)
