We started with a simple website focused on Golden Colorado but soon expanded to cover the entire state of Colorado and finally, with HouseHitz, are going nationwide. We see a lot of websites that want to be all things to all people. They want to advertise anything up to and including apartments for rent. We will let apartment complexes rent on HouseHitz, but that is not our focus. We want to help people realize the American dream -- to own your own house. Rental houses are an important part of our focus because often renting a house is the first step to being ready to own your own home. Additionally, often your landlord or property manager can provide you with an option to purchase your home during the term of your lease.
