| Sorry it took me a while to respond to this--I've been very wrapped up with the moving process. Heather and Cerretha did a great job helping my husband and I purchase our new home. We are first-time home buyers, and worked with a different real estate agent for a few months without any luck. We decided to try someone new, and got a recommendation from a friend to try working with Heather and Cerretha. They took the drama out of the process. While working with our previous Realtor we would constantly feel stressed out, and had to check on her regularly to ensure various tasks were completed. As soon as we switched to Heather and Cerretha it was like day and night--the entire process became much easier and less stressful, and they were extremely professional in responding to our questions, and proactive in completing various tasks. We both felt a lot better about the whole process, and were excited again because we felt confident that we would actually own a home in the near future. When it came time to put together an offer, they understood that the market was moving at a frantic pace, and moved quickly to match it. They put together an offer package that made us look attractive to the seller, including information about ourselves that we would never have thought of. They made all of the paperwork easy, and we felt confident throughout the process that they were offering us sound advice. They also connected us with a great handyman after we bought our house. I am very glad that we found Heather and Cerretha, and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house in the future. |

| My husband and I recently purchased a home with the help of Heather Kight. She was very professional throughout the entire process, providing much-needed advice and insight along the way for us newbies. | We could not have had better people working for us in selling our home. Heather and Cerretha were unbelievably awesome in working to sell our home as quickly and as easily as they did. Our past experiences with other Realtors were messy, hard, and just all around unpleasant. Heather and Cerretha were honest, attentive, pro-active, thoughtful, and considerate of our needs and our long-distance circumstances. They did everything we were unable to do ourselves because of the distance. For the first time we felt as if we were working with someone who was working for us and not themselves. What a refreshing breath of fresh air that was! | Cerretha and Heather did a good job on selling our mom's house. My sisters, brother and I were pleased to have constant feedback on showings and comments from potential buyers. | We feel truly blessed to have found Heather and Cerretha to handle the sale of our home. They were very professional, had done extensive research regarding the home market in our area, and we trusted their advice. They were also very down to earth and very patient and helpful as we worked through some issues we have faced as seniors moving into a retirement facility. They negotiated a lease-back agreement because our home sold before we could move into our new location - and didn't "turn us loose" until we finalized our move - definitely above and beyond our expectations - and very comforting! |
