| We were recommended to Jeff Jones and Debbie Lemmon by a family friend to help us with our real estate needs when purchasing a second home in the Phoenix area. In our case we found a house via the internet listings in a neighborhood that we had visited a few weeks prior. We were confident that the neighborhood (Encanterra) was right for us but we hadn't visited the property that we found online. Since we live outside the Phoenix area we needed someone that we could trust and act on our behalf to view the home and help us through the process. Jeff Jones visited the property and recorded a video of every detail inside and out. Because of Jeff's expertise we felt confident to make the offer and negotiate the deal without traveling to Phoenix. Jeff and Debbie demonstrated time and again that they are very detail oriented and made sure to take care of everything so that there were no surprises. They even did the walk through at closing on our behalf including arranging for new keys to the house and a gate pass to the neighborhood.
