Unfortunately Realtors in the Phoenix area for some reason quit presenting offers about 20 years ago!!!!!!! Dan McGinnis is strongly against this idea.
He still presents offers face to face with the seller and listing agent. His comment....Does an attorney email or fax the judge and jury====NO. Dan has NEVER lost in the last 25 years when there were multiple offers and the other agents emailed or faxed their offers in.

Also in communicating on a regular basis with his sellers to keep them informed as to what he is doing. He writes NEW ads for his listings almost daily and posts them in order to provide the highest degree of exposure. He is in contact with 100 people every week as he is a member of five Toastmaster clubs which gives him an opportunity to expose his listings as well to other people.
