| Our agent was very professional in our dealing with him. He recommended the right people to help us get a VA loan. He worked with the selling agent to get an acceptable selling price and the needed repairs done on the house we were buying. Because we were new to the Austin area, he drove us to the closing. We would highly recommend this team to anyone wanting to buy a home. |

| For months we were looking for a home to rent within our children's school district and had NO success. Our agent was able to locate a homes for us to view that fit our needs and price range. He then found us a home just 400 yards from our previous location and we were able to move in within a month. We were able to do this because he jumped on the house IMMEDIATELY. The house was on the market for 1 day and had several offers, but ours was the first because he jumped on it for us. He didn't wait till the next morning or after dinner, he got the ball rolling that night. |

| This team helped my new bride and I find a great place to live with a minimum of hassle, even though we were both working with him primarily from out of town (and even halfway across the country). We couldn't be happier with the help we got from our agent, or with our new home. |

| This is a team of exceptional real estate agents. I found my agent to be very trustworthy. He was willing to caution us not to buy too fast. We were talking about buying a house early in the process. He told us that there were better houses more like what we wanted just around the corner. Rather than closing a deal as fast as he could and grabbing his commission, he got us to wait a little longer and it paid off for us. As he showed us houses, he would carefully ask us how we liked features of the house so he could get a better idea of what to look for in future houses he showed us. When it came time for us to buy a house he was very effective at representing our interests and moving the process along. He uses an electronic signing application that made the whole process terribly simple (as opposed to fax, sign, fax again). Overall, I found him to be an extremely professional and adept real estate agent and would recommend him to anyone, and especially my friends and family. |
