Butch Upton, Area Director
Butch started working with Mecklenburg, Union, Rowan, Cabarrus, Stanley, Anson and Montgomery counties at the beginning of 2008. He began working the Gaston and Cleveland counties for HouseMaster in 2000. Butch is a licensed NC and SC Home Inspector, a certified NIBI member and a NACHI member where he certified as a Master Inspector. He is a also a ASHI member and certified in Mold & Mildew. Butch has a construction background spanning over the last 35 years. He has experience in a variety of building/construction jobs and has performed constrcution jobs ranging from residential to commercial & industrial. Butch has completed well over 5000 home inspections in this area! Butch attended CPCC in the Civil/Enviromental Program and Queens College for a Business Management degree. He doesn't get much free time, but when he does he enjoys life with his wife Kathy and family including 2 beautiful granddaughters. We have been awarded the 2003 HouseMaster Sales Achievement Award, 2008 President's Club Award, 2009 Century Club Award and 2010-2012 Southern Regional Franchise Advisory Council Member for HouseMaster.
