The next client that comes to me to buy a pre-76 mobile home with no money down will make me swear and scream! The banks and Lending institution hates these. I know that the thinking behind this is that there cheap. But not really. If you do have a 40% down payment, why not use that for reserves ...

Washinton State started licensing Loan Originators on Jan 1st of this year. You can go to www.dfi.wa.gov/cs/loan_originator and check the name of the loan Originator.
