I have been a member of toastmasters for about a year now and find it very helpful. Being from the midwest I used "ya-know" alot. It is funny now that when I watch the news or go to a training seminar, I count the ah's and ums and wonder if they really know how bad it is. Do you know when your ta...

Thanks Tim for your blog on mortgages. A bank or "in house" mortgage can only give your client what they have available...which is limited in alot of instances. A Mortgage company that is not affiliated with one specific lender can give clients all the potential scenarios. But the "in house " mor...

Don't need the pool and convenience stores. I have a 4X4 so off road is not a problem...but I am not into 4wheeling an...

I am planning to go camping this summer in the Mt. baker area. I like to be by the river and listen to it all night long. I have taken a few of the trails with my truck. Twin Lakes, #37 and #39 trails and some others. Were is a good trail to have some real private camping and close to one of the ...

About a year and a half ago I moved to ferndale, bought a house and opened an office in Bellingham, and I love it here, there is so much to do. Lakes to fish on, ocean to fish on, rivers to fish on...and miles of mountain hiking...nature at it best. I liked Whidbey Island when I lived their, but ...

Many home buyers appear to an appointment at closing completely unprepared. While that seems to be the norm with most. I like to go over everything again once the documants have been drawn and everything is ready to sign. The title and escrow would be more than happy for you to come in and gett y...
