First Time Buyers Find Their Home in Manassas In late July I was contacted by first-time, newlywed Buyers that had been referred by a past client.  Their apartment lease was up at the end of August and they wanted to buy a home.  Well, I counseled them on the process of house hunting and buying, and referred them to a lender that could get them pre-approved.  I explained that from the time they found a home, it would take a minimum of thirty days to get from contract acceptance to settlement.
