The listing with the highest days on the market belongs to a townhome in the Collage area that has been on the market for 253 days so far and is priced at $285,000. It's difficult to say why it hasn't sold yet, but when buyers have other choices in that price range, even with 2 bedrooms, some might choose to go detached instead. Just for comparison sake, the average home in this neighborhood when blending detached and attached homes, the average price per square foot is $283 spending an average of 70 days on the market combining the different types of properties.
