I've written alot about small lot subdivision homes in the past and specifically this new development in Silver Lake called SL70. In my previous post, the complex was just getting off the ground. Now there are models to look and and a number of units have already been sold. It doesn't seem these homes will be around for long. The company describes SL70 as "a new home community in Silver Lake/Echo Park that's separated from the crowd yet a crowd all its own}. Initially I wasn't convinced the development was truly in Silver Lake but it is, and right on the board of Echo Park. Wow the Google Street View’s Car! How cool is thatJ??? I was driving back to the office the other day after showing some homes in Silver Lake. As soon as I finished, I needed to head back, but thought that I should go on Sunset Blvd to see the latest developments…needless to say my surprise: I saw the Google Streets View Car. Keep in mind I was heading west and saw the car, then I quickly turned around just so I could go and see where the car turned into a small area.
