Typically if the Patriots are on on a Sunday afternoon, there are not any callers asking to see them, but before the game could be a "mad house" of showings

I always tell buyers: 1. Sure, just call my bride and ask her if its OK. and 2. I'm happy to work Sundays if she says "yes", I'm $150/hr rate, 3hr minimum or... if they want to wait, no fee Mon-Sat. I have not worked a Sunday since 2005 as a Realtor, (I did perform a gig here & there on Sundays back in the day, but that was fun, fun, fun)!
