Apple Macbook Pro....8 years and zero failures, or complaints
2 weeks and 1 day!
I have 5 - the one I use for business is now 5 years old I think, another I used to use is 8 years old and just too slow now
I use an IPad and a desktop. My pad has a bluetooth keyboard.
One month, just upgraded from my 4 year old laptop.
My newest laptop is now 2 years old and my oldest is about 4.
I don't currently own a laptop.
4 years, I did not upgrade to W10 either.
My tech nerd told me about a month ago it has 'xxx' hours. I asked if that meant like my car had 500K miles & he said yes.

I got this laptop when I got my new knees, which was a little over three years ago. It's a small MacBook Air.
About five years...Next year is the new on unless this one dies in its sleep
3 years....and it's still going strong....actually, I have one at home and one in the office....

I'm almost embarrassed to say... but I've had mine 8 years. I've had to do a couple of factory resets (after backing everything up) and it keeps on working so I'm sticking with it.
I had a Toshiba laptop for 8 years and worked it to death. Traded it in six months ago for an all-in-one with a big screen and love it. Have a little laptop I travel with.
It is time to get a new one.

I've had this one for 2 years.
This laptop is fro 2008, I also have one downstairs that is new this year.
The android notebook I'm using - I've had about 2 years. Our big laptop, cd / dvd player and all is about 6 years old and works great. Neither has all the bells and whistles of the newer laptops.
This one is about a year and a half old.
I would need to research the answer.

I think it's been just a bit over two years.
I think this is a record...I used to kill PC's regularly regardless of the cost...my MacBook has survived a year and a half !
A good three years I think, it's still doing everything I need it to do and I didn't convert to Windows10 neither.

Apple MBP with flash memory for 3 years. Whjat I love about Apple is the length of time you can keep one and the lack of problems with the operating system.
I use iMac desktop and iPad, the combo works fine. a MacBook is fine too.
If you arte windows person, there is a tool that makes a complete windows system as a separate machine on your mac so that you can wsitch back-and-forth. After using this set up for many years, I use the windows seldom now and only use it for ONE application (stock trading application) that refuses to port to Mac!
I'm a Mac user and have had my MacBook Pro for 2 years now. It all personal preference.
Harry F. D'Elia I have a laptop that still has Microsoft XP on it. Not really worth upgrading. My iPad has replaced it.
8 months, but my previous 2 lasted almost 3 years each.
Generally mine go for 2 to 4 years, but the current Toshiba will not last that long, after the first month I was ready to replace it. Time to go back to Dell.
Using two. Newer HP solid state memory lighter.
Another one is older Dell with internet explorer for one lender who will not want to improve its browser or go with the flow. That one age is ?.
