I found Owen by doing a google search after speaking with two other brokers who did not return phone calls or e-mails. Owen is simply amazing. He is kind, patient, quirky, funny and determined. I truly believe that Owen is more interested in seeing that you find the right place than making a sale. We had certain conditions for the co-op that had to be met due to medical reasons and Owen really listened and paid attention to our concerns. He took us to every single co-op in New Rochelle, Pelham and Larchmont that could possibly meet our needs and when we finally found one that we wanted, he went above and beyond to ensure that the deal got done. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and has a great network of contacts that he can draw on. He patiently took us through every single step of the process. I don't think we would have been able to find a place without his help and he was definitely the most important part of the process. Although it was challenging at times, Owen somehow managed to keep us all smiling and happy. At the end of it all, he felt like a member of the family. My mom has already invited him over for dinner. Words cannot express how lucky we feel to have found Owen. I say with certainty that you could not find a better agent no matter how long you looked. I would recommend Owen to anyone and everyone. I'm fairly certain this review expresses how much my family adores Owen, but just to reiterate -- he is fantastic!!!
