|Steve was the best advocate for my family that I could have asked for during this mortgage process and there were a few key things he did that I believe separate him from all his peers (also why someone should use him far above anyone else). First, Steve is available. That may sound obvious but he helped answer all my questions during our first call at 9PM at night. I called half-way expecting his voicemail and he ended up being able to walk me through the entire process of what I needed to send over. I'm busy with my kids until 9PM so this was huge for me. He subsequently always returned my calls and e-mails in a very timely basis which is huge when you have heavy questions on your mind during the process. Steve also moved mountains for me when I ran into a huge stumbling block with the buyers of our house wanting a new deck. He personally helped me find a banker to do an out of the box quickie loan to finance our new deck until closing which was VERY unconventional with what most banks are willing to do. We couldn't have done the deal without this. Lastly, Steve is very straight-forward in helping you understand what's behind the "green curtain" for how the mortgage numbers are calculated. He has really great technology which makes it easy to see what he's seeing and keep you in the loop of your bottom-line take-away numbers. Overall, I couldn't recommend Steve more to someone that's looking to have someone just not be an "order taker." Steve is a true partner, a straight shooter and someone that will help you have a smooth closing with no problems (which is what we all want)!|
