Picking a realtor shouldn't be difficult... but let's face it... you may already know someone or you may not know anybody at all.  However; this isn't a game.  To most of you reading this...It is the biggest investment you are possibly going to make in your lifetime.  Now consider this if you do know someone~ Does the person you know have experience with the type of purchase or listing you are doing?  Or do you feel obligated because of that fact that you know they have a real estate license?  Remember this is a BIG deal. 

A real estate license is only a requirement to sell real estate, not a guarantee of working with someone who has experience and will actually know how to protect you every step of the way.  You need to hire the BEST person, not the person that you may feel obligated to...
