| I want to thank Tom Cannito and Coldwell Banker on the sale of my Mom's condo at 508 Four Seasons Dr. Wayne NJ.I could not be happier with the professionalism and "going above and beyond" service Tom Cannito provided us. My Mom who is 90 yearsold, is suffering with dementia and after a fall, had to move to assisted living near me in Brick NJ. The logistics of having to sell my Mom's condo 90 miles away would normally have been a daunting task. Tom was extremely helpfull to us. in essence being our property caretaker during the entire process. He was instrumental in bringing the condo to a very saleable state. Helping us with painters, flooring repair, cleaning,staging, plumbing, his spakling and handyman ability. He was always available let workers in and inspect their work etc. Although the closing process took a lot longer, trough no fault of ours or Coldwell Banker. Tom maintained constant contact with us and always in a helpfull maner. Having Tom present for all showings was also extremely effective since he lives at Four Seasons and knows everythig about it and can provide buyers with everythig they need to know about the community Again thank you for providing exceptional service, Vito Lomenzo |
