Bruce has been proudly serving buyers and sellers in the Georgian Triangle area since 1997 and shines brightest when helping people experiencing a change of lifestyle or in a period of transition in their lives. He excels at steering complex transactions in such a way that everyone comes away feeling respected and optimistic for the future. Bruce is well respected in the community and his philosophies are based on honesty and integrity. 

The real estate market is always changing and, as a result, Bruce regularly attends training sessions and events to further his knowledge and to focus on current conditions affecting today's buyers and sellers. He is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and a NAR certified GREEN agent.

From 1993 to 1996 Bruce and his wife Mary pedalled their bicycles for 34 months and 24,000 km from the Arctic Ocean to the southern tip of Argentina.

Bruce is the only person to ever bicycle (1993-96) and motorcycle (2018-19) from Inuvik at the Arctic Ocean to Ushuaia, Argentina.
