Lee's background includes over 12 years of full-time service as a counselor and youth minister, as well as 7 years of business experience. His years of working in both ministry and business have equipped him with a unique ability to understand people and to effectively motivate and encourage them. His is a valuable skill set, especially when applied to his primary task of training the sales professionals at Weichert, Realtors - Premier.
As Associate Broker, Lee's primary focus is on agent training and development. His background is perfectly suited to the requirement of motivating the Company's agents to achieve their highest levels of performance and customer service. The Company enjoys a high level of agent morale and there is a strong sense of loyalty among our sales professionals because of the real concern that the Company shows for them individually.
Background and Accomplishments
Prior to beginning his career in real estate, Lee founded a successful insurance agency in Danville, KY for Shelter Insurance Companies. Between 1991 and 1996, Lee was responsible for staffing and developing the client base for Shelter and received the company's President's Circle Award two consecutive years, as well as the award for Top Volume in Region for the consecutive years from 1994-1996. He was recruited by Allstate Insurance Company as a Regional Manager for the company's Commercial Lines Underwriting department and remained at Allstate until entering the real estate industry.
In 2001, Lee co-founded Avenues of Atlanta Realty and became a Multi-Million Dollar Producer from 2001 to 2003, also capturing awards for Top Volume, Top GCI, and Top Producer. He received his broker's license in 2004 after co-founding Weichert, Realtors - Premier. His successes as a Realtor contribute to his credibility as a leader of the Company's agents. Skills he learned in the trenches have been incorporated into the robust training program that Lee has developed and of which successful completion is a standard requirement of all agents joining the Company.
Lee lives in Acworth, Georgia with his wife and three children.
