Steffanie Dakis-Danby, principal of The Home Stage, LLC, is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP). Steffanie holds a bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of the Art Institute Chicago and has over 15 years experience with the design of clothing and interiors.
Steffanie's passion and love for home staging is evident as she becomes personally involved with each of her clients and their homes. Her eye for design has made her uniquely aware of how to get top dollar for your property. Steffanie was personally trained by Barb Schwarz, creator of the home staging concept and an expert in preparing homes for sale.
We specialize in creating builder models, and staging vacant homes. From single family homes to entire developments, The Home Stage provides a range of services to turn a property into a true showhome. Our tasteful designs enhance the architectural details of the home, and help potential buyers to better visualize the space. Our fully furnished models can be moved from home to home or project to project, as needed, and are tailor-made to fit the budget and property.
The Home Stage offers full service staging of vacant and occupied homes, hourly consulations, and builder models. We also offer color consultations and design selections services.
